Its name is commonly translated as bird robber, reflecting an early interpretation of its possible hunting behaviour. Compared with some of the enormous predators associated with prehistoric life, Ornitholestes was relatively small and lightly built. Its anatomy suggests an agile carnivore capable of moving quickly through its environment in search of prey. Although much remains uncertain about its exact behaviour, Ornitholestes has become a fascinating dinosaur for enthusiasts interested in the diversity of Jurassic predators. The Mattel Hammond Collection Ornitholestes celebrates this prehistoric creature through a detailed, articulated figure inspired by the Jurassic World universe. 🎬 Jurassic World Hammond Collection The Jurassic World Hammond Collection is Mattel's premium range of collectible dinosaur figures, named after John Hammond, the fictional visionary behind Jurassic Park. The collection pays tribute to the legacy of the Jurassic Park franchise while offering dinosaur enthusiasts detailed figures designed for impressive displays. Hammond Collection dinosaurs are especially appealing to collectors who appreciate carefully sculpted prehistoric creatures and enhanced articulation. The Ornitholestes expands the range with a distinctive carnivorous dinosaur that differs from the larger and more familiar predators commonly associated with Jurassic World. Its combination of detailed design, lifelike eyes and multiple articulation points makes it a compelling addition to the collection. Whether you're collecting the Hammond Collection range or creating a broader Jurassic World dinosaur display, Ornitholestes adds variety and prehistoric character. 🦴 Premium Dinosaur Sculpting & Lifelike Details One of the standout qualities of the Mattel Hammond Collection Ornitholestes is its detailed dinosaur-inspired design. The figure celebrates the recognisable characteristics of a carnivorous theropod, bringing a prehistoric predator into collectible action figure form. Its lifelike eyes add expression to the sculpt, helping create a more convincing and engaging dinosaur appearance. The detailed design makes Ornitholestes suitable for collectors who appreciate realistic-inspired prehistoric figures. Combined with the figure's articulation and movable tail, these visual details allow for expressive displays that highlight the dinosaur's predatory character. For Jurassic World enthusiasts, this level of presentation makes Ornitholestes an appealing addition to a premium dinosaur collection. 🤸 18 Points of Articulation The Jurassic World Hammond Collection Ornitholestes features 18 points of articulation, providing a wide range of posing possibilities. These articulation points allow collectors to arrange the dinosaur in different positions, from alert standing poses to dynamic hunting stances. The articulation also helps recreate the movement and agility associated with smaller carnivorous theropods. Whether positioned as if stalking prey, preparing to attack or exploring a prehistoric environment, Ornitholestes offers multiple display options. The combination of articulated construction and detailed sculpting is a defining feature of the Hammond Collection. For collectors who enjoy regularly changing their dinosaur displays, the figure's 18 articulation points add versatility and interactive appeal. 🐊 Movable Tail for Dynamic Posing The movable tail is another important feature of this Ornitholestes action figure. A dinosaur's tail plays an essential role in its overall body shape and balance, particularly among agile theropod predators. Mattel's articulated tail allows collectors to adjust the figure's silhouette and create different action-oriented displays. Position the tail to complement a running-inspired stance or adjust it for a more neutral standing presentation. The movable tail works alongside the figure's other articulation points to create a more expressive prehistoric collectible. This feature makes Ornitholestes especially appealing for collectors who appreciate dinosaurs with flexible posing options. ⚔️ Interchangeable Battle-Ready Claws The Mattel Jurassic World Hammond Collection Ornitholestes includes a set of interchangeable battle-ready claws. These accessories provide an additional customisation option, allowing collectors to change the figure's presentation. The battle-ready claws are particularly suited to displays inspired by the dramatic dinosaur encounters associated with the Jurassic World franchise. Combined with the figure's 18 points of articulation, they allow Ornitholestes to be arranged in intimidating predatory poses. Collectors can experiment with different configurations to create scenes featuring the dinosaur hunting, defending itself or confronting another prehistoric creature. The interchangeable claws add another interactive element to this premium Hammond Collection release. 🌿 A Fascinating Dinosaur from the Late Jurassic The Late Jurassic period was home to an extraordinary variety of prehistoric animals, including some of the most recognisable dinosaurs in history. Large sauropods, armoured herbivores and powerful carnivorous theropods inhabited ancient ecosystems across the world. Ornitholestes represents a smaller type of Jurassic predator, offering an interesting contrast to the enormous dinosaurs often featured in popular media. Its relatively lightweight build and carnivorous adaptations make it an intriguing subject for dinosaur enthusiasts. Adding Ornitholestes to a collection creates an opportunity to showcase the diversity of prehistoric predators rather than focusing exclusively on larger species. The Hammond Collection figure brings this lesser-known dinosaur into the spotlight through a detailed, poseable collectible format. 📏 Impressive 23cm Collectible Dinosaur Figure Measuring approximately 23cm, the Mattel Hammond Collection Ornitholestes offers a substantial presence within a dinosaur display. Its size makes it suitable for collector shelves, display cabinets and larger prehistoric scenes featuring multiple dinosaur species. The figure's articulated construction also allows collectors to experiment with different poses without relying on a single fixed presentation. Whether displayed independently or alongside other Hammond Collection dinosaurs, Ornitholestes adds a distinctive carnivorous theropod to the line-up. Its combination of premium design, lifelike details and articulated features makes it a versatile addition to a Jurassic World collection. 🏞️ Recreate Jurassic World Dinosaur Encounters The Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchises have captivated audiences with thrilling dinosaur encounters and imaginative prehistoric environments. The Hammond Collection Ornitholestes allows fans to bring that atmosphere into their own collections. Position the figure alongside other carnivorous dinosaurs to create a predator-themed display, or combine it with herbivorous species for a more varied prehistoric scene. Its movable tail, articulated body and interchangeable claws provide flexibility when arranging different action poses. Collectors can also incorporate Ornitholestes into larger Jurassic World displays inspired by the franchise's dinosaur parks, research facilities and wild prehistoric environments. Whether you're building a cinematic collection or celebrating dinosaurs themselves, Ornitholestes offers an exciting addition. 📦 Included in the Box 1x Mattel Jurassic World Hammond Collection Ornitholestes Dinosaur Action Figure – Approx. 23cm 1x Set of Interchangeable Battle-Ready Claws The exact number of individual interchangeable claw pieces is not specified in the supplied product information. 🦕 Build Your Jurassic World Hammond Collection Expand your prehistoric collection with the Mattel Jurassic World Hammond Collection Ornitholestes.
